  I visited this place last Friday after work in Findlay while visiting friends, and unfortunately had a very bad experience. There were no visible boards or signs indicating “No Parking” or “Parking with Permit” at the building. I parked right in front of their house, and none of the residents had a car parked there. I was inside my friend’s apartment for less than an hour, but when I came out, my car was gone. I was extremely shocked and worried, especially since my phone, wallet, and even my office laptop were inside the car. After asking people nearby, someone mentioned it might have been towed. With their help, I contacted the towing company at 9.40 PM, and the person on the phone was very rude. He said they will wait till 10PM and would leave by 10:01 PM, which added even more stress. I had to rush there in a friend’s car. When I arrived, I was charged $178. I was willing to pay, but I didn’t have the full amount in cash. The staff was again rude and told me to leave if I couldn’t pay entirely in cash. They also refused to provide a proper receipt. If they are operating legally or following the rules correctly they should clearly display parking restrictions at each building accept standard payment methods, and provide a valid receipt. This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. Never gonna visit this place again..

  Great quick service, called spoke to me about what was wrong and was here to fix it within 10 minutes.

  The maintenance team did a great job fixing our heater. As soon as I logged a request the team came home and fixed the issue.
