    I submitted a maintenance request for my water heater today, and the maintenance team responded to the issue and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes after I reported the issue. They are consistently efficient and professional with any issues I have had. They are the unsung heroes of the Highlands and a huge reason why I’ve enjoyed living there for 4 years now.
