  My fiance and I have just begun working with this company, but already they have shown themselves to be professional, courteous, and friendly. I'm looking forward to the buying process, thanks to our realtor, Mike. It's still a scary process, being first-time home buyers, or I'd have ranked them 5 stars.

  northern ohio realty, elyria ohio,, sold my son a home at 37877 chestnut ridge rd, elyria ohio44035, an irreplaceable antique cylinder-stlye wood-burner was included, it was permanently attached to the chimney, listing included 3 pictures of this stove. it was NOT excluded in contract and was intended to convey. Sellers came in, breaking the orc-5301.61 and removed stove, leaving a hole in the side of chimney ,two agents verified it should stay with house. it passes many of the real property tests, NOT chattel, considered a fixture (caused damage to house by removing it), yet northern ohio realty condones this action and wont do anything about it. they told buyer to hire an attorney !! is there any way to get this stove returned without litagations??
