- EEErikaJul 16, 20251.0Do Not buy a Ryan Home. If you have any issues, they will likely blame you (the homeowner) and not their contractors. They do not have the homeowners at their best interest at all. It’s pretty unfortunate. They’re sales people in the end. You will be at fault according to them, and all expenses will be placed on you to fix. Go to a different developer.
