- EHElizabeth HerbordSep 11, 20254.0Bought a house that was customized and built by someone else who then had to back out at the last minute. Final inspection found a few things, and the builders were willing to correct most of the problems. Neighborhood is very nice, and everyone is super friendly. The sales reps are pretty good, but communication seemed to be a big issue going through the whole process. So be ready to make sure everyone is fully understanding what you are asking for, and it is in writing. Even if it is in writing, still make sure the project manager is aware of what the sales rep agreed to. Slightly stressful process. But very happy with the neighborhood and the move. Isaac, the project manager, was helpful once I started working with him directly instead of going through a third party sales rep. He was receptive to my thoughts and was more than willing to help. Overall, I would buy this home again so far.
