- JJjohnny3 days ago1.0***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME*** Ill start with that. Siding blows off.... shingles falling off.....squeaking floors on every floor...and more! I made the biggest $500,000 mistake of my life. The house is a year and a half old and out of warranty, so Ryan tells me sorry about your luck. I should have know it was garbage when the contractors are riding bicycles to the job site and drinking beers on the neighbors roof! Garbage!! And I'll end with this. You will regret it. ***DO NOT BUY A RYAN HOME***

Along with our realtor, Patty walked us through everything and made sure we understood what was happening. From picking out the lot, the model, the color of our home inside and out, Patty was right there and she was wonderful. And this is just the beginning. Ground hasn't even been broken yet, but we're excited to start and we know Patty will be there for any questions we may have. We can't wait to see it all happen and move in to our beautiful home.
