From the amazing leasing team led by Colby, to the excellent and quick maintenance team, everything has been great. It’s a beautiful community with the nicest leasing office, pool, and gym that an apartment complex can offer!

- JBJohn bJan 31, 20261.0Garbage in the pond that nobody cleans, it floods leaving mud everywhere, constant passive-aggressive emails from management with a threatening tone and looming charges, terrible forced internet that you can pay to upgrade to no effect, 3 year old buildings but stress cracks in all the window sills letting in cold air, the outer stone needed replaced and the vendors didn’t tyvex the plywood underneath while it rained for days, nail heads sticking out of the balcony, thin floors so you hear everything, you pay for garbage removal because they prevent tenants from using the on-site dumpsters, tenant issues are minimized, 3 strings of car break-ins in the last year, snow removal is mediocre at best
