- DHD HDec 20, 20255.0We’ve lived at Upper Vue Flats for a year now, and I can confidently say this has been the best apartment community we’ve experienced. The staff is outstanding. Maintenance is incredibly fast, often responding to work orders within an hour, which is something I’ve never seen before. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in building strong relationships with residents. They put real thought into creating community, especially during the holidays — including handwritten cards signed by the entire staff for every resident. That level of care is rare and meaningful. The neighbors are wonderful, and the overall atmosphere here feels welcoming and intentional. While there is ongoing construction that may be a consideration for some, even those teams are respectful and mindful of residents. Having lived in seven different apartment communities, this is the first one that has truly impressed me. Thank you to everyone on site for all that you do — it does not go unnoticed!

Considering it’s 12:38 AM and all you can hear is beeping of trucks backing up and loud machinery, it’s quite ridiculous and inconsiderate of all the neighboring housing. To add this is NOT a one time instance either. This is late as heck in the night time of loud construction work.
