From the terms on the lease, being told electric charging was free (when it’s not), and issues with their waste management company (told one set of rules by UPV which don’t always align with what the waste management company says, which leaves you in the middle). Also, we’re paying for 1Gb internet which is forced to be through them, and every time I run a speed test (wireless mind you), I get about 80mb…. I know I’m testing on wireless, but not even 10% of the speed promised is wild.
