- SDS DDec 12, 20251.0PLEASE DONT BUY A HOUSE WHERE THIS COMPANY IS BEING USED AS HOA. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Provide minimum customer service and as soon as you complain, they will find some issue with the house and send you a compliance letter. But when it’s time to provide service, they play blame game. Forced me to take down my last review. Multiple pot holes on the street and one housing area has close to 60 adult geese and they refuse to clean up the street or take care of geese. They expect you to fix your flower beds in the middle of winter and keep sending you nasty emails.

I am convinced that there is something deeply wrong with both my HOA and the Associa community that manages our facilities. It took almost one month to pave a singular Street. How do you keep residents off of their street and away from their homes for a month because you cannot pave a street? Not only that, but you have multiple incidents involving property damage by landscaping and or other third-party contractors?

Associa charges for any document you want to view regarding your HOA. They even charge for viewing the minutes of their meetings, at least this is what was told to us by Nathalie and Nikki. This cannot be legal. My wife and I are working with our attorney to get to the bottom of the information relayed to us by Nathalie and Nikki.
- CCchernobylAug 15, 20251.0Abysmal HOA for a lovely location. Communication is intentionally designed to be difficult to start and keep up with them. The way all our residents are treated is rude at best, and downright insulting and condescending at worst. When they are called out on the negligence, selectivity, inconsistency or hypocrisy in their own statements and actions, they either try to convince you that you simply misunderstand, or just stop responding entirely and ignore you to try to get you to forget their incessant assumptive behavior.
