I had an emergency situation with a broken pipe and reported it via the emergency line on a Friday. It was not addressed promptly and I had to request a repair again the following Monday. Once Abby received the information she acted quickly to get the repair underway. Zack worked from Tuesday through Wednesday providing a temporary fix and finally a permanent repair. He communicated frequently and did an excellent job. Zach stopped to check with me again the following day. I’m hoping all future contact with Associa will exhibit this level of service. I’m fortunate that the initial break didn’t cause flooding of my basement or a problem with my new sump pump.

It still is not fixed and now I was told I need to put my request in writing. Terrible property management and terrible customer service.
