  I’ve lived in Mason Row since 2021 and I really do enjoy the community. It’s close to many shops, eateries, and good schools. Townhomes are very spacious. Maintenance handles issues in a timely manner. I also appreciate the different activities that are planned. My only hang up is how the rent goes up $100+ every lease renewal. I do understand those in the office have no control over that but it’s still a bummer

  I have lived here for just under 14 years and have experienced several management changes over that time. The current team is, without question, top-tier. They have truly transformed the property into a community—one where residents feel valued and heard. They are responsive, attentive, and genuinely care about the people who live here. Their efforts have significantly improved the overall living experience, and it shows.

  I have lived at Mason Row for several years now and have had no issues. Maintenance requests are completed without delay and the staff is easy to work with.

  Mason row town homes is fantastic place to live. This is a very quiet neighborhood and I have enjoyed it very much. The town homes themselves are large and have very nice sized bedrooms, spacious living rooms and basements. The management here is on point and take your experience here seriously. The maintenance team is super fun, and if something breaks they fix it no problem. they really treat you like family here. They also have fun contests and are very much a part of the community.
