We have been waiting since before Thanksgiving to have three major issues addressed: a broken dishwasher, a missing microwave handle, and—most concerning—broken swinging closet doors in my toddler’s room. The closet doors are a significant safety hazard for a small child, yet management has shown zero urgency. Despite paying our rent well in advance every month, we receive "minimum to zero" communication in return. Every time I reach out, I am promised that someone is coming to inspect the units, but they never show up. It is unacceptable to leave residents in limbo for months, especially when safety is at stake. If you value maintenance responsiveness and honest communication, look elsewhere. I would not recommend moving here until they figure out how to respect their tenants’ time and safety. Things were great when we moved in 2023, but they got new management since then, and it’s been a disaster with maintenance.

Finally got a text after midnight the day the person came out saying request received and will be assigned. The following day, I received an email stating it was assigned to someone. Later that day, another email stated the request was completed. I'm not sure if anyone read my notes. I realize you can't always know when exactly when you'll be there, but I'm sure my request was on the day's docket. A simple text letting me know would have been nice. The maintenance person was friendly and explained what likely happened with the appliance. Thank you!

- SSSheenaDec 29, 20251.0Time frame: 2024-2025 I lived in a 300 square feet studio apartment at Karric Place of Dublin for 14 months. These are my pros and cons of said place. I have included some pictures. Pros: *No water bill for studio apartments only. *I liked the black accents in the remodeled studio apartment. *Aangan India Bistro is within walking distance. Cons: *My electric bills were outrageous due to a water leak behind the toilet. Electric bills decreased when I started shutting off power to the water tank after showering and washing dishes in May 2025. *Water leak continued as of June 2025. *Warm/hot water lasted 10 minutes or less. *I sent numerous maintenance requests regarding the water leak, and dust and debris falling onto cooking hob from the microwave vent fan whenever it was on. *The day I received the keys the front door had a HUGE gap at the bottom. *Door knob was spray painted black and peeled onto skin. *You can hear your neighbors sneeze and vice versa. *No peek hole *No deposits are accepted, only fees *No reimbursement as of December 29th, 2025 for outrageous electric bills due to water leak. Fees: *Application Fee $50.00 *Administration Fee $275.00 *Community Fee $50.00 *Security Fee $300 *The remodeled studio apartment was $100 extra each month. Side note: If you have no other choice than to rent from here, I suggest purchasing a humidity reader and a refrigerator/freezer thermometer.
- SGSue GlanderDec 18, 20253.0I called three times, twice in one day, for help opening a door on a bedroom that had gotten locked from the inside. Each time I could only leave a message that someone would call me back. No one ever did for three days!! It was only when one of the maintenance men answered the phone that I received the help I needed. When I saw how he opened the door, I won't even need to call next time!
