  Neighbors blast music and work on their cars in the parking lot CONSTANTLY. I've complained about it numerous times and absolutely NOTHING is done. Management is lazy and unresponsive. Overflowing dumpsters. Litter everywhere. No snow/ice removal. If you want to pay over $1,000 a month (including fees for valet trash service that you can't opt out of - even if you're repeatedly skipped - and "maintenance" that doesn't appear to be done) to live in a studio apartment built like a shoebox, you should apply here. 👍

  You keep closing the maintenance request without completing the work and you did not return my phone call pertaining to the work that was not completed - the snowstorm was eleven days ago and the sidewalks have still not been shoveled.

  The work staff is lazy. You better pray to god your maintenence order gets filled.

  I am beyond disappointed with the lack of management and maintenance at this complex. We have been waiting since before Thanksgiving to have three major issues addressed: a broken dishwasher, a missing microwave handle, and—most concerning—broken swinging closet doors in my toddler’s room. The closet doors are a significant safety hazard for a small child, yet management has shown zero urgency. Despite paying our rent well in advance every month, we receive "minimum to zero" communication in return. Every time I reach out, I am promised that someone is coming to inspect the units, but they never show up. It is unacceptable to leave residents in limbo for months, especially when safety is at stake. If you value maintenance responsiveness and honest communication, look elsewhere. I would not recommend moving here until they figure out how to respect their tenants’ time and safety. Things were great when we moved in 2023, but they got new management since then, and it’s been a disaster with maintenance. UPDATE: after threatening to put our rent money in an escrow account, and 5-6 work orders for the same thing later, finally have a working dish washer. They tried to gaslight me into thinking that it was a dish sanitizer & I should pre-wash all my dishes before running their promoted “dish washer”. This was never the case when I moved in & after a REAL maintenance came out, there was actually a clog!!! On another note The snow has been here for over 2 weeks & our paring spots are STILL not cleared. A neighbor told me she paid for someone to clear her spot and due to other spots not being cleared, it’s being taken every night, same thing here, we spent couple hours clearing out spots for neighbors to take them and leave us parking farther away to other cleared spots since there is still snow & ice in several near ours.

  Purposely asked for a text or phone call prior to coming out. Maintenance came out the next day without any heads up. Finally got a text after midnight the day the person came out saying request received and will be assigned. The following day, I received an email stating it was assigned to someone. Later that day, another email stated the request was completed. I'm not sure if anyone read my notes. I realize you can't always know when exactly when you'll be there, but I'm sure my request was on the day's docket. A simple text letting me know would have been nice. The maintenance person was friendly and explained what likely happened with the appliance. Thank you!
