Racheal was wonderful in helping us explore various “possibilities” before she was transferred to Ryan’s Homes newest Delaware location, Rutherford farms, then Ian stepped in as our sales representative. Ian has been easy to talk to and very approachable, guiding us through the ups and downs that come with entering into a contract. We truly appreciate how both of them have done their part to make us feel supported in the home building/buying process.

From start to where we had to part ways, Caitlyn was just outstanding. This was our first time looking for a home, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Caitlyn was there for all of our questions, and was so easy to work with. She went above and beyond most days to make sure we were understanding the process and the choices to be made.
