He was our assigned community warranty customer care manager for the single story ranch homes at Terra Alta. Even though Matt was likely busy and tending to other home owners in the neighborhood, my service request tickets that I entered for minor issues were in Matt’s queue. He quickly and effectively communicated with me and scheduled the visit to take care of us! Matt is a true professional and polite. He answered all my questions and I appreciate his dedication to taking care of Ryan Home customers. 5 star service and employee. Also, I would like to give the same thanks to his handy man Mike. Good worker as well.
