- FFFamily FunJan 15, 20251.0Pathetic construction quality houses and whole team of Pulte is not professional at all. I wish I can give them negative 10 or more. Don’t waste your hard earned money on Pulte homes. We had lots of problems in our house way before closing and after closing but never slowed. We moved in our house in November 2023. Ever since we are facing major floor squeaking problems on both floors but till today Pulte didn’t give us solution for that. For one year inspection they did some muddying patching, which was in mid December 2024 and within month cracked are back paint is falling from many places. I try to contact their higher Authority via email and they block me on their email, rather than help their customer!! Pulte homes never care about their customers. If I pointed out any issues, according to them it’s very normal and on their one year warranty, they are not fixing anything. Why?? It’s not coming in their warranty standards, so they can’t fix anything. They are the worse builder I ever see in my life. If customer doesn’t know about construction they are lies to you and fool you. Don’t trust them. We work with their sales person Andrew was lied to us. Customer care manager AJ and later Jeremy both are never give you permanent solutions. They are more on vacation than work.
