- DDDivyaAug 2, 20255.0We recently moved into our new construction home in the Berlin Bluffs community, and our experience so far has been great. We especially want to highlight our construction manager, Phoebe Reames, who went above and beyond to deliver a high-quality home. Every minor detail we pointed out during our pre-closing walkthrough was addressed before closing, which really impressed us. The community itself offers beautiful home designs and thoughtfully planned walking paths that we enjoy. We've also found the neighbors in the surrounding community to be friendly and welcoming, which made settling in even more pleasant. This review reflects our experience so far, and we look forward to sharing an update after six months of living here.
