  If you are buying or selling a home, Julie Suitts is a great choice! She provided continuous communication and advice which made the whole procedure extremely easy. She was super friendly throughout the entire process and willing to go above and beyond the normal duties.

  Julie Suitts helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in 2017, and when we decided to move again last year, she was our first call! Julie is an excellent realtor. She helped us buy our new home and sell our old one around the holidays in 2024/2025 and in the winter no less (which is no small feat!). Julie works for YOU with no added pressure; she guided us through numerous showings and we never felt pushed to put in an offer on a house we weren't sure about. She answered all of our questions (there were a TON of them!) in the timeliest manner, always reachable by phone call, text, or email. She proved punctual and reliable in all aspects of buying and selling. We can't recommend Julie enough as a realtor. She knows all necessary contracts and paperwork, understands the housing market, and knows what makes a "good" house. She was with us every step of the way including inspections and signing the contracts. Beyond her professional acumen, Julie is a genuinely nice person who wants you to find the right home for you and your family.   I can’t say enough how wonderful Julie was in the entire process of house hunting, making an offer, inspections, the closing, and follow up. She went above and beyond to ensure we found the right house for us. Her knowledge and expertise were much appreciated guiding us through the purchase of our home in a challenging market. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely choose her for any future real estate needs.
