  The construction manager, Nick D, is exceptional. From the beginning of the construction to the end he has been hands on and provides constant communication. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He equals any Custom Home Builder in the area.

  If you want an accurate picture of what your building experience with Pulte will be, you owe it to yourself to drive over to Hunting Lake Drive and knock on a few doors and ask the people who have been dealing with several years of stonewalling, falsehoods, misrepresentation, and lack of followup. I told them about a freezing condensate line running through an "unheated attic" in January 2024. They came, looked at it and did nothing. It froze again this January and damaged ceilings and walls on the first floor. They scheduled an insulation guy for three weeks later. I hired a plumber as cold weather wouldn't wait for their scheduler. My plumber fixed their construction mistake that should have been addressed in 2024. Now they sent a plumber to inspect my plumber's work and messed up the insulation repair their guy fixed after my plumber came out. Next I have to have drywall repair and paint repair, all because they dragged their feet on the original fix that could have been addressed over a year ago. Expect either nonstop aggravation on what should ideally be the experience of a lifetime, or prepare to move into a fixer upper and spend a lot of hard earned cash to repair what they screw up. In response to your response.... leadership is WELL aware of what has transpired. Go take a close look at the condition of some of the driveways on duck Blind Ct. I have had issues never addressed that I gave to them before I closed in 2022. Take a close look at the carpet installation on my stairs. Have you ever seen so many nails? I had to replace this at my own expense.
