The response to our emergency maintenance request was prompt. The maintenance technician, Elijah, was very professional and courteous. Elijah was faced with a very unique and difficult plumbing repair of a leaking water supply line under the bathroom sink inside the cramped space in the cabinet below. He had to completely retro-fit new supply lines due to the old lines having faulty crimped on connections. Elijah was able to install both feed lines successfully in a very short period of time. I was working from home and Elijah knew this and did his best to keep the noise and disruptions to a minimum. His thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. The work was professionally done, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work.

No washing machine for the entire month of December because they were “waiting for a part.” When we finally spoke to the property manager after countless emails about the washing machine that almost caught on fire, his response was essentially, “that sucks, deal with it.” We spent a lot of money at the laundromat that we’ll never get back. After a month of waiting for a part that never came, they gave us a half-broken washer from a vacant unit instead.
Then in March, we had no heat for almost a week, again because they were “waiting for a part.” When I told them this felt illegal and that I was calling the city, the part showed up within 30 minutes. That incident was labeled an emergency because the coil blew and flooded our apartment floor.
There was mold everywhere upon move-in. Maintenance wiped it down, but it kept coming back constantly. I had to keep bleaching our son’s bedroom walls myself. And don’t get me started on the spider infestation…
Our cars were broken into multiple times. When the thieves stole our garage door opener, the head of maintenance said he couldn’t reprogram it. When I asked what we should do since someone now had access to our garage, he replied, “Just don’t keep any gold bars in there, haha.” We went about four months without garage access.
The pool was closed for half the season while they cleaned out broken liquor bottles from the bottom.
We were only here for a year, but couldn’t get out faster. I’ve lived in 50-year-old Marine Corps barracks that had less mold than this place.

*Update*
I moved out 9/30/2023 and left the place spotless. Gave it a fresh deep cleaning the day I moved out. There is a $125 turnover fee that is charged to help them turn the apartment over. Which is an automatic fee charged no matter what because “9/10 they have to do something to the apartment.”
In total I owe $259.59 because the utilities are backed up by a month and a half plus a $125 turnover fee.
Apparently I didn’t read the lease thorough enough.
1000% chance this place never gets my business again.

1.4K+ a month and it’s NOT worth it.
Best thing about this place is how close it is to everything and the amenities.
The workers in the leasing office don’t know anything.to give me a solid answer about anything. Overall the office employees aren’t very good at giving beneficial information and following up as they say they will. Conversations full of “ I don’t have an answer”, “I’ll see”, “I’ll have to check in to it”, “I understand that’s frustrating” and other forms of not being helpful.
My apartment flooded and they took WEEKS to clean my floors. The apartment smelled like mildew day after day. In the process they cranked my heat up to 85 degrees and left it like that for weeks. This resulted in my gas bill increasing by 100%. I had to call several times and drive to the office to finally get the bill adjusted and a carpet cleaner to come out.
In addition to this my hot water tank leaked on the carpet which caused an even stronger mildew smell that I had to wait weeks to get it cleaned. This resulted in me not having hot water when taking showers which again took weeks for them to fix.
Erica pretty much has been the only helpful person from the leasing office.
Currently I have a work order pending for 2+ weeks for an issue that will take 5 minutes to fix. I have watched insects crawl under a broken door guard and recently saw mice leaving from the dumpster.
Mice can squeeze through the smallest spaces. The only thing that I was told can happen is pest control can come spray outside and put mice traps inside my apartment. I have had used one of my towels to help plug the hole.
Other than that I have to wait until maintenance can make it to my request to complete my order which could be a few more weeks or months. Who knows and who cares, right?
I’ll be happy to leave once my lease is up. The price does not fit the quality that is offered.
As long as everything goes perfect and you don’t have to contact the office or get anything fixed then you’ll have a great experience.
Otherwise enjoy the ride and you’re SOL.
