    I had a great experience with the tour, filing the application and employee name called: Chass. She was very patient and very knowledgeable and helpful to make the process go very smoothly and with no hard times. I really appreciate her willingness to help people.

    I recently visited Commons at Olentangy for my Vero application, and I had a really great experience. Chass assisted me throughout the entire process, and she was incredibly helpful and patient in making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. What stood out the most was her kindness and hospitality—she even offered us drinks and snacks, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming and comfortable. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making the process easy and pleasant. Overall, I truly appreciate the support and excellent service provided by Chass. She made what could have been a stressful process feel simple and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

    Serenity, is the lifeline of the organization. She helped us move into our place and even got us a better location since we were unsatisfied with the original property we were renting. She has helped us with every complaint over the duration of our lease and went above and beyond for any problem we’ve faced here with a smile on her face.

    We are renting a three bedroom apartment. We have to ration out our hot water. They will not fix it. They say that our hot water heater needs 60-80 minutes to reheat and can only have hot water for 8-12 minutes at a time. They also blamed us for washing dishes and laundry back to back when that is not the case. We want a hot shower at nights so all that stuff waits until Sunday. They also told us to just “wash our laundry on cold”. This is not livable or reasonable. This has been over a month of back and forth and us begging them. Sometimes they said they checked it AND we’ve been sent automated messages saying our issue was fixed but we have a ring doorbell camera and they never even came by, let alone went inside to fix anything! As three females living here, when we have trash bags full at night, we set the trash bag outside the door until morning when we leave early for work (before the sunrise) is when we throw it in the dumpster. Without warning we get charged 150$ that we have to pay in three days for trash bags being not properly disposed of. This is without warning. This apartment complex is very sneaky.

    Believe the bad reviews! Save your money, time and efforts and move somewhere else!!! Moving here has been a huge regret! I have been a resident for about 2 years now and from the time we moved in they have charged us for something over 5 times, most of these charges being a mistake (mixing up my unit with another). Others were being charged $300 for pest control to treat my unit because my neighbors had an infestation when pest control told me he doesn’t feel i should be charged and when questioned about the charges he stated “they have to have you mixed up with your neighbor”, in addition to the monthly fee for pest control. After only 1 month of being here, we were charged over $250 for “broken blinds” that were not broken, but taken down so my young children wouldn’t break them. Another time being a smoking charge when we don't even smoke, and when asked for proof we were sent a photo of a porch with cigarette butts but it was not our porch. Now we are facing a $450 fee for a pet we do not have. I have been begging for the faulty electrical system throughout my unit to be fixed since i moved in 2 years ago and they still have not sent anyone out, outside of a maintenance tech (who says an electrician is needed) and also have had a work order in for about 10 months for mold in my unit that has not been addressed but has been marked as completed. The only time the office staff and management are communicative with you is when you are a potential future resident in the process of applying and then until you move in, After this they do not answer the phones or emails for their residents to address any issues but are very quick to add fees to your ledger. The office management team is very rude, unprofessional and will not help you in any way. The electricity & water bills combined run anywhere from $400-$1000 monthly (not only mine but several of my neighbors have this issue as well). These people also actively raffle off high ticket items in exchange for 5 star reviews which is why you see they have a higher review rate. This place is the most money hungry place i have ever lived. Living here has been nothing but a headache, bad experience and a waste of money. 3 more months of my lease and i will be getting far away from this place. If i could give zero stars i would!! Do not make the same mistake i did and skip over the ‘few’ bad reviews!
