  I have had a great experience at the Beeker living here for 2 years! Management and maintenance teams are very responsive and helpful with any request I've had.

  Every single time I go into my bathroom to use it someone in what sounds like the apartment above me knocks twice on the wall. I mean it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. It creeps me out. I really really do not want to say or believe there's some sort of camera hidden somewhere or a peep hole because that just simply sounds crazy. However, what else am I supposed to conclude? Yet the creepiest thing is when my name is chanted randomly from the apartment above. I have confronted the guy who lives in the apartment above me about the knocking and he told me it's coming from the apartment above him. That makes absolutely no sense considering I clearly hear it directly above my apartment. I've had multiple items stolen from my apartment including an expensive $1000 iPhone 15 pro max which had my bank account app on it and also my Nord N30 phone. These were stolen within a 10 minute window one morning when I simply went outside to take my dog out. I told the leasing office about this and their response was that I am the only person who has a key fob to my unit. That may be so however anyone can purchase what is known as a "Flipper Zero" online (Google it) and easily break into any one of these apartments with ease. I'm living proof of that. I had literally thousands of pictures and documents on that iPhone and now with the iCloud password changed I'm completely devastated. I thought that this place was a secure place to live but it's not. Anyone wearing a hoodie and a face mask with sunglasses can walk past the one camera in the lobby and remain incognito for the one camera in the elevator, go to whatever floor using a Flipper Zero in the elevator too and once in the hall of floor they selected they can enter whatever apartment they pleased and do whatever they wished including steal, ransack, or God forbid anything more diabolical such as rape or murder a tenant. I've been broken into multiple times and don't think the Columbus Police will help. They just take a report. They don't drop everything because your apartment was broken into. Even as I write this review the people above me are banging on the wall and it's ridiculous.

  This building is owned by Borror, my actual review and opinion of this building and its management is posted on their google page. Recently the garage door to only parking garage for the residents of this building broke. Its been broken for over a week. On the first night it was broken my truck was broken in to. Someone broke the door handle off the outside of my passenger door to bypass the lock. The next day when i noticed what happened i contacted management. They said they COULD NOT ACCESS THEIR OWN SECURITY CAMERAS! They also offered nothing as far as payment to get my truck fixed. This is literally one of the worst property management teams I have ever seen.

  The only time that I got appropriate assistance was when I moved in. Whenever I send an email to the maintenance, did not reply at all, and I had to email them several times. During the weekend, the phone line is not even accessible. Also not kind at all!! (If they are nice to you, that is when you come to a tour!) The way the management emails to the renters is so rude, sends so many repetitive emails, and sometimes the management requests unreasonable things from renters (ex. Vacate your parking lot in 24hours as we are gonna fix things otherwise we will tow etc.) The gate at the underground parking lot breaks SO many times, and I could not get my car out because the gate was shut and not fixed until the evening of the day (and the parkinglot fee is still 100$ a month!). Neighbors are noisy, lots of parties on the deck, and not friendly to pets too. Noise proof is noneexistence, and you can hear all of the noises coming from your neighbors on your floor and beneath you. When you take a shower at busy times (in the morning and night), the water doesn’t get warm enough even during winter.
