  Not worth it. My experience here was very frustrating, mainly because of constant overcharging—both during my stay and even after moving out. It felt like there was always some extra or unexplained charge being added. The whole experience ended up being stressful and unfair. There are much better places that are more transparent. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

  Think twice before signing a lease here. This place turned what should have been a normal renting experience into something unnecessarily stressful. There was a clear lack of accountability and consistency in how things were handled, which made dealing with management frustrating more often than not. Simple concerns felt harder to resolve than they should have been, and overall, the experience left a very negative impression. It’s disappointing when you expect a certain level of professionalism and don’t get it. There are too many better-managed communities out there to settle for this. I would not choose to live here again.

  I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. Our experience was extremely disappointing and, at times, just outright unreasonable. There was a consistent lack of transparency and professionalism, and it often felt like basic fairness wasn’t a priority. What should have been a simple and smooth renting experience turned into something unnecessarily stressful. Communication was poor, and issues were not handled in a way you would expect from a reputable management team. There are plenty of other apartment options out there this is not one I would ever choose again. Would not recommend.

  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. My experience here was beyond frustrating and honestly just outrageous. From the way things are handled to the overall lack of fairness and transparency, it constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of rather than treated like a valued tenant. Even after doing everything I was supposed to, I was left dealing with unnecessary stress and issues that should have never happened in the first place. The way management handles situations is disappointing and, at times, completely unreasonable. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better options out there that will treat you with respect and professionalism. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

  Do NOT move here. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. Even after I moved out (and paid my lease in full), I kept getting hit with questionable charges. The unit sat vacant, yet I was still billed for utilities with no clear explanation. Now they’re trying to charge me $787 for “carpet damage” on top of nearly $300 they already took for carpet cleaning. The carpets were old to begin with, and I have photos proving there was no significant damage. This feels like a blatant attempt to squeeze extra money out of tenants after move-out. To top it off, they sent a letter threatening to send it to collections within 15 days—without providing proper proof or justification. This place will find ways to charge you long after you leave. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money. I strongly advise against renting here.
