    My boyfriend and I are currently applying for an apartment here, on Wednesday at 4:30pm we had a tour with Winston! Even if we don’t get the place Winston deserves the biggest shout out ever!!!! We have already toured a few apartments and none of those tours compare to his. Winston was warm and inviting. He answered every single question we had honestly (even explaining the negative reviews and how the team handles it). He truly made the tour feel like home. If there is any sort of promotion or raise going on he absolutely deserves it! Thank you so much Winston you were wonderful!

    The maintenance crew they have currently is wonderful. Clay leads a great team of people who cares about the tenants and always tries their best, and it’s definitely hard when they’re such a small but mighty team. Clay is always on top of service requests and actually cares about fixing the issue instead of closing out tickets. Angel is always so sweet and polite, and she always has the best attitude. She’s very observant and was able to detect an issue in my unit when she was there to work on a different request. Sky and Gary are always great and they’re always trying their best. It’s not easy dealing with so many tenants and issues, but somehow they are able to take care of us all.

    Have overheard maintenance members on multiple occasions spewing racist remarks about my neighbors and out of line “jokes”. I wouldn’t even call them maintenance as all they do is ride around on their little buggy’s all day and hide out. I’ve watched them park for over half an hour behind a building to smoke cigarettes and be back for another half hour an hour later

    I wasn’t going to leave a review but figured I would. I put an application in for a one bedroom with my wife. We both make well over the rent amount, but it was denied. Totally understand, could be any number of things. What I don’t understand is why not a single staff members reached out. I spent a hundred and fifty dollars to get an automated email. Nothing detailing why, or for what reason. I can call them, but considering I paid them a hundred and fifty dollars, I assumed they would not my make me ask questions. The lack of transparency, and apathy shown through that small thing alone makes me thankful it was denied. So does seeing that picture of the trash. Have a good day!
