  Went to try to book a tour for this complex and management is horrible at explaining details and are seemingly lazy. I was never booked a tour because of them saying their “team would get back with me” and never did

  Do not move here, property management is awful. I couldnt get access to parcel pending where packages get delivered to for 6 months they blamed parcel pending and parcel pending blamed management. my unit flooded after water heater broke failed to clean up the water 100 percent you could still hear water under the carpet even after calling them back out 4 additional times and still wasn't remediated. they did not replace the carpet after it flooded. when i moved out they tried charging me to replace the carpet. I sent an email stating they didnt replace the carpet after it flooded so i am not responsible for new carpet. management left me a voicemail stating they agreed and would remove that charge. this was back in sept in dec i got an alert that my credit had a new account open it up and management sent me to collections. they are aweful and do not care about the wellbeeing of the tenants. neighbors would leave trash and dirty diapters outside their doors and management failed to correct it. you've been warned run away rent is cheap at prescott place for a reason

  Por favor las personas que viven en esto apartamento tener mucho cuidado con los carro no dejen nada adentro primera vez que me pasa viviendo aquí. Me habrieron mi carro y me llevaron todo y a mi vecina también ya fuimos a poner la queja en la administración para que esté más pendiente pero no hacen nada

  This is my second year here in the previous administration they served us very well, once they tried to steal our car and Mr. Tyvae recommended us to place cameras and with tests he could help us. Yesterday they tried to steal my vehicle again and today we went to the administration with the tests and they gave us no answer about anything, in short words that they are not interested in the safety of their residents, if they could improve security. It would be very good for us or the well-being of all of us who live in the complex Este es mi segundo año acá en la administración anterior nos atendieron muy bien, una vez nos intentaron robar el carro y el Sr tyvae nos recomendó colocar cámaras y con pruebas nos podría ayudar. Ayer intentaron robar mi vehículo nuevamente y hoy fuimos a la administración con las pruebas y no nos dieron respuesta de nada, en pocas palabras que no les interesa la seguridad de sus residentes, si pudieran mejorar la seguridad. Sería muy bueno para nosotros por el bienestar de todos los que vivimos en el complejo
