- MMMichael McBrideMar 30, 20263.0**3.5/5** **Good** * $850/month * Good area * Parking is decent * Maintenance guy was cool/responsive **Bad** * Annoying dog inspections every 2 months, and you get fined $200 if they can’t get into your apartment * Plugs fall out of the wall very easily in every outlet... * They make it almost impossible to contact them. It’s a robot when you call, a generic catch-all info@f&w email, and they put a reflector on the office door with an “by appointment only” sign so you can’t just stop in * We went without laundry for 3 months at one point * People constantly prop the front and back doors open overnight * You have to have the carpet professionally cleaned when you move out, and nobody would come out for such a small job (2 10x10 bedrooms), so I used a Home Depot carpet cleaner. I’m basically just waiting for them to deduct half my security deposit for that Also, you can avoid the pet rent if you get a note from a therapist.

Nonstop water leaks, repeat work orders, and then they’ll try to keep your security deposit for painting because you lived there under 2 years. Not to mention I had to call 911 multiple times for fires and neighbors getting arrested. Apartments are spacious, but be careful. They are not worth the money in my opinion.
- HHHeyitsjessDec 10, 20251.0If you ever have an emergency that involves having to move, they will bleed you dry, you absolutely will not get your deposit back and no matter how spotless you leave the apartment there's a good chance they're going to leave you with a $4000 bill, do not expect them to answer the phone or reply to emails either.
