He made moving in a breeze by reserving parking spots near the back door for multiple days to unload. I’ve never had a landlord be so responsive and accommodating. The rental unit was very nice inside with all new, updated appliances. The location is phenomenal. Highly recommend!

They are the absolute best landlords you could ever hope for. The building and apartments are exceptionally well-maintained, featuring high-end finishes, top-quality appliances, and beautiful furnishings. Maintenance is outstanding — they are incredibly responsive and always fix any issue, big or small, in less than 24 hours. It’s clear that The Wood Companies take great pride in their properties and genuinely care about their residents’ comfort and satisfaction. After 7 wonderful years here, I can confidently say that living at 939 North High has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend The Wood Companies to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed home with truly first-class service.

The location was great, the staff was always very friendly and prompt to offer support- especially maintenance! My AC went out and they had a temporary window unit to my place within a few hours. I decided to move to the country due to the noise of being downtown, and health concerns related to air quality and chemical sensitivity but that would be an issue for me no matter which apartment I chose in the city. They got my deposit back to me promptly and even helped to get my mail to me after I moved out! Would recommend.
