  The customer service here is good great they work with you. They help you out but the biggest issue I’ve been having since September is mice. I’m tired. I’m depressed. I’m upset. I’m in every emotion because it’s like nothing is being done. Yes pest control comes out, but it’s not enough. All they’re doing is putting little pellets down. It has to be more done because who wants to come home to see mice I’m not in uncomfortable place. I’m not coming home to a comfortable home. No I’m coming home to see if there’s a mouse on a trap is very depressing to come home to see that I put in work orders. It’s not enough being done. I’m just waiting for my lease to be up so I can move cause I don’t see this being fixed. I’m at 10 now with another in the apartment now I’m trying to catch . Maintenance have been in to fill holes so that means they’re coming in some other way and I know I’m not the only one that’s going through this I’m so tired and feeling like nothing being done. My place is not home

  Shasta was so helpful on my move into Walnut Creek. I had just got put on short notice from a different apartment building because of fire hazard so I had to leave on a short notice and she helped me get into this apartment with little to no stress. This place is doing awesome with new management and the awesome ladies working in the office!!!
