They got us in there really fast thank you. The painters are eh not so good and painted over stickers and did not sand their spackle and paint drops all over the place. And the sliding glass door was installed upside down and didn't install sliding door lock and handle are missing. None of the windows are caulked and the slider wasn't caulked air leaks on everything. Whoever installed the sinks did not check for leaks. And the kitchen sink was just dropped into the hole and not caulked or mounted with clips. I could just pull the sink out of the counter np. Clearly nobody checks the contractors work when they say they're finished. But the new management is very sweet and nice. Thank you for giving us a home. The lady's are great but the contractors are not so good. I know it's hard finding great contractors nowadays. Only the flooring guy did a good job and gave a step pattern on the flooring, but the flooring is the cheapest quality. The air filters in all the units are clogged and will cause a fire one day the HVAC unit was filthy and hasn't been checked in ages. But hey Welle see how it goes. Better than ebner properties for sure! Management invested good money on top quality products(except the flooring) but it's all installed poorly. I moved in recently to a newly renovated unit and absolutely love it. The new amenities are great, and I specifically love the clubhouse and playground for my kids to play. The staff is great

Rebrand from The Commons at Water's Edge - new management's first project was a new coat of paint and cheap waste bins for everyone which ended up flying around the complex. Is more pushy about <24-hour notice visits with no flexibility for rescheduling and their security does not do anything about the non-residents roaming about the parking lot at late hours or the mail that is stolen frequently (see the USPS 2601 Courtright Rd reviews) One of the managers is unpleasant (big Ed's doppleganger) I've seen him yell at tenants while I would wait in line for other reports. They become angry when you raise any kind of concerns about excessive pest control scheduling which they will use against tenants who are clean but may have irresponsible neighbors - this leads to the selective enforcement of their lease terms. Strict lease terms that are only forced on certain tenants, a previous neighbor showed me the letters they were receiving and as far as I know their apartment wasn't dirty or infested with insects. Several apts had trash & junk outside of their home for weeks on end and got no door notices. Lastly there were so many field mice, bed bugs & roaches when I first moved in but out of necessity and convenience I stayed. Neighbors were telling me that after every spray there would be 3x more bugs and they would not go away. I resolved the issue on my own within a week with a deep clean and hypoallergenic methods (which you will be charged upwards of $50 if they find out you 'treated' your own apartment) We still received pest control visit notices for the remaining 10 months, ramping up more towards the end on days they wanted you to vacate your apartment for the whole day (I counted around 3 of these and 14 of sprays, ridiculous and not good for you or your pet's health!) The issues with this place are so apparent that I doubt any reviews above 2 stars are genuine.
