As college students we have to decide where we want to live superrrrr early, so despite coming in 6 months before we intend to move, Caylee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about The Commons! She was also really personable, we were laughing and kekeing the whole time LOL. If you guys are planning to move in, definitely ask to speak with her!

Please get rid of the ai virtual assistant. Ive spoken to the crap and no one has returned my messages regarding my two maintenance requests. Why does it take this long to get an update on if someone is going to fix my broken washer and fix my broken window( that is allowing cold air into my apartment and was established as an emergency yet no one has responded).

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place will nickel and dime you into the ground. Need to have a clogged drain cleared? $35 flat rate. If an empty amazon box blows out of the dumpster expect a $25 fee for that as well. Not to mention the admin fees just to move in at $125/person. I added a photo of the trash violation for reference as the one amazon box next to the pile of trash had my address on it and boom that fell out of an overflowing dumpster $25 fee. They also BEG YOU TO LEAVE 5 STAR Reviews because they know how bad the experience is for tenants that live here.

Heads up, they require you to consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your biometric data before you can even look in one of the homes. We're so early in our apartment hunt and were just wanting to look around, so I was taken aback by this. When I asked if I had to agree to those terms just to view a place (and of course offered to give them my ID), they said they couldn't give me a tour without accepting the terms. Not sure why I had to give my email, phone number, and consent to biometrics this early in the process, but needless to say it put me off. We decided against touring. The privacy policy was really strange. See screenshots.

Please don’t move here hastily. I made that mistake and am suffering through this contracted lease. The unit we are paying $2k a month for needs severe maintenance! I was not ready at move in and to get things done now are nearly impossible (each maintenance team blames the other). Now on top of all the other issues, I have been met with rude and unprofessional comments when seeking resolution from the staff regarding a parked vehicle blocking my exit from my units garage. I was told to handle it on my own! This place is not worth the headache. In regards to the owners response: I have in fact reached out to leadership (Nolan) about every issue directly. Still nothing has been resolved. Don’t let the auto response fool you into thinking they care. It’s been 3 days since my last maintenance request. No response from Nolan and no maintenance staff have come to resolve any issues!
