  I have had a great experience at the Beeker living here for 2 years! Management and maintenance teams are very responsive and helpful with any request I've had.

  Every single time I go into my bathroom to use it someone in what sounds like the apartment above me knocks twice on the wall. I mean it's EVERY SINGLE TIME. It creeps me out. I really really do not want to say or believe there's some sort of camera hidden somewhere or a peep hole because that just simply sounds crazy. However, what else am I supposed to conclude? Yet the creepiest thing is when my name is chanted randomly from the apartment above. I have confronted the guy who lives in the apartment above me about the knocking and he told me it's coming from the apartment above him. That makes absolutely no sense considering I clearly hear it directly above my apartment. I've had multiple items stolen from my apartment including an expensive $1000 iPhone 15 pro max which had my bank account app on it and also my Nord N30 phone. These were stolen within a 10 minute window one morning when I simply went outside to take my dog out. I told the leasing office about this and their response was that I am the only person who has a key fob to my unit. That may be so however anyone can purchase what is known as a "Flipper Zero" online (Google it) and easily break into any one of these apartments with ease. I'm living proof of that. I had literally thousands of pictures and documents on that iPhone and now with the iCloud password changed I'm completely devastated. I thought that this place was a secure place to live but it's not. Anyone wearing a hoodie and a face mask with sunglasses can walk past the one camera in the lobby and remain incognito for the one camera in the elevator, go to whatever floor using a Flipper Zero in the elevator too and once in the hall of floor they selected they can enter whatever apartment they pleased and do whatever they wished including steal, ransack, or God forbid anything more diabolical such as rape or murder a tenant. I've been broken into multiple times and don't think the Columbus Police will help. They just take a report. They don't drop everything because your apartment was broken into. Even as I write this review the people above me are banging on the wall and it's ridiculous.

  My 23 year old daughter lives at The Beeker. My first concern was safety, and I would say this building is extremely safe in its procedures. We toured it with Laura and were very happy and decided to lease for a year. There was an unfortunate situation that happened and I contacted Laura at the leasing office and she helped me with the situation. I was very grateful for her help. I’m not sure this Would happen at all apartment buildings. The location is great. My daughter had a small maintenance problem, and it was addressed quickly. Building is very clean. All the common areas are well cared for. People seem very nice going in and out. Parking is great! All in all it’s been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

  I just moved into the Beeker earlier this month, and so far it has been an awesome experience. The leasing team is phenomenal (shoutout to Danthony and Khristen!) and made the move-in process a breeze. Maintenance has also been great, and made sure to resolve anything from the move-in report within 24 hours (and they were very minor things that did not need immediately fixed). I have no complaints, and am glad to be a member of the community! I would definitely recommend checking out this property if you are looking for a nice and safe apartment near the Short North. I'd like to just say thanks again to Danthony and Khristen for making me feel so welcome here!
