    As an OSU student, I was looking for a place that was affordable and in a great location near campus. I loved both the community and the renovated apartments. I’m so excited to sign a lease here! The tour was very welcoming they made me feel wanted and truly happy to be a future resident.

    Will not fix anything. Price is outrageous. Mold has been in my girlfriends bathroom for months and in june she was told "The way this was fixed was unacceptable. This will be fixed soon." Yet it's awful. Drawer in kitchen is broken, asked them to fix it and they said "We're not fixing it. We have renovate after you guys move out." Will not fix for current tenants though. Always smells like weed, door has a key fob to scan to open, although it has been broken for months so anyone can walk in. Maintenance closes requests without actually fixing anything. Had to call the cops over the summer due to a party at the lake and being up until 4am to loud music, people yelling, and 10+ cop cars escorting people out. If you look up these apartments on google you can find new stories, mentioning stabbings, hearing gun shots. My girlfriend and I were laying in bed one night and heard gunshots. Her upstairs neighbors are always being loud to the point of no sleeping. The fridge has been replaced multiple times. They're supposed to have valet trash yet it sits in the hallway overnight sometimes. The railing to one apartment is just laying in the bushes. If you're wanting to feel safe don't live here. If you're wanting a good place to live. This isn't it either. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

    Beware!!! A few months ago, during the summer, we had a group of people that just showed up, partied, and no practices put in place by the complex to stop this. Meanwhile, they put a halt to important security measures. Claimed they were finding new vendors to reinstall it. And still have yet to do so. Thinking there's no plan to. They hound the residents over small things like having their car in the same parking spot for too long. They give barely 24 hour notices before they need your car moved for some project of theirs. When they make an error in charges, they don't refund you the money or even seem apologetic. Instead they take days to refund it to your portal. When you try to communicate with them, they're cold and unmoveable. Doesn't matter how long you've lived there. The entire corporation is rotten; from managers (every one that they change to each year), to workers, to the maintenence team (that's had issues with stealing from apartments). This place might as well be the ghetto of "Grandview". Do yourself a favor and don't settle just because their prices are lower than others. Save yourself the headache.

    I moved to this place from San Diego. Apartment company in San Diego are very professional and lease consultant are knowledgeable. We liked the location of this place and it’s beautiful here. I started to get annoyed by management issue from day minus 5 when they sent me the address of apartment. I confirmed with them whether the address that they provided was correct because I had a doubt in their knowledge. The lease consultant confirmed the address was correct. I changed my address from everywhere. Few days before I moved here, I called electricity authority and gas company to enroll myself but they couldn’t find the address and I called lease consultant that gas and electricity company couldn’t find the apartment address. The lease consultant hesitated to accept that they lack knowledge and insisted that they will fix it once I will be in leasing place. But I would be in difficult position with the kid if they didn’t provide me the key citing that I didn’t provide them the gas and electricity account. I don’t know what happened I received a call from lease consultant that the address that they provided was wrong and gave me the correct address. Now I had to change my mail address again and I don’t know where my important documents disappeared. I requested my client to send the documents again. Due to frequent address change within short time, USPS also delayed Change of Address confirmation. I just received mail from USPS that I am now active in their system. Once I came to this apartment, my car got shipped on the same day but at night. The shipping company parked my car to the parking spot and I couldn’t see the white paint at night since it was so faint. I didn’t realize that they have parking space separated and in the morning hour I came to realize that they towed my car. The management is so irresponsible and unaccountable. I told them that their parking space is poor managed and drivers can barely see the paint at night. They replied that their parking space is more visible in garages and I have to pay $25 for that. Garage parking is always free in San Diego. So for the basic need of resident, they compromise with the quality of service and collect money out of it. My $165 was wasted because of their poor management of parking space. Next they did not provide the apartment in good shape so my wife requested for maintenance. Literally they were so irresponsible and not responsive in call that my wife had to carry baby and had to go to talk with them. They fixed it after 15 days. Still I have not received mail box key from this management after 1 month. It’s so pain to be here.During the move in time, they sent me move in calculator showing that they owe me a credit of $365. And after two days, they did another accounting and made a debit of $24 and I was unaware of this adjustment and they fined me $75 for that balance of $24. I called them mentioning that the move in calculator showed a credit balance and you gave me the key without mentioning that I owe them $24, but they are not accountable for their mistake. I even confirmed with the lease consultant if I need to pay because in the lease agreement it mentions that we have to pay any remaining balance to get the key. The lease consultant mentioned that I am good to go and don’t need to pay since they provided me the credit. Their irresponsibility and unprofessionalism is at another world level. I don’t know how I am going to live here for the remaining months. So I humbly request to everyone don’t even think of coming to this apartment. You will live with this unknowledgeable staffs for months and it’s a everyday torture. Unfortunately there is no minus star otherwise I would rate them in minus star. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star.

    We moved in two weeks ago and discovered that many areas had not been cleaned. A housekeeping team was sent a few days later, but they did not do a thorough job. There are still many corners in the house that need proper cleaning and disinfection, and I have photos as proof. The dryer is also filled with lint and dust. I tried to clean it myself, but it’s very difficult to reach underneath it.I am not happy moving into this apartment .
