I cannot ask for a better company to rent from. I have had nothing but positive experiences so far. The neighborhood is very nice and have had no issues at all with any neighbors. They too have also been really sweet. I look forward to continuing being a resident of progress residential.

It’s your property and ultimately your responsibility. I hope to God they don’t own many other houses in this area. Update: They came to clean this up the next day. Guess they found it. I assume from searching with the 2 emails and 3 phone call logs I had. With that said, I had every intention in removing this post. However, I noticed two generic 5 star reviews completed shortly after I posted. As I believe these are generated by the company to boost their rating, I will be leaving it up. Not to be petty but to be transparent where they won’t be.

If you’re lucky enough to get him as you maintenance man, very professional, answered my questions patiently and had a personality which matters when you enter people’s homes. Came to look at a potential leak, was very kind and patient. Great guy, would have him at a family bbq, get him a raise please! You need awesome workers like him.

Our rent always get raised by over a $150-200 yearly and they love to bandaid problems and not fully fix things. But hey it is what it is and better than a lot of places around. Giving it a 5 star for shits and giggles
