  During one of the hardest times in my life, my landlord’s truly came through for me and helped me get settled into a safe place. I will always be grateful for that kindness and support. The owners, Chris and Wendy, are absolutely wonderful — extremely kind, attentive, and always quick to respond to calls or messages. They genuinely care and are willing to help in any way they can, which makes a huge difference as a tenant. The property itself is in a great location, close to the highway, very safe, quiet, and within a gated community. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to rent from. Highly recommend.

  Great place to live in. Family-run business, with landlords always present. Excellent location and extremely well maintained. Super safe. With fair price, fair rules, and a smooth admission process. No headaches at all. I’m glad that my family and I can live here.

  Rented here for 3 years and had a great experience! Apartment was clean and up to date, no issues. Landlords are very responsive and made investments to ensure security. The buildings are very quiet and well taken care of. The move in and out process was simple as well!

  Clean, quiet, safe, and a great central location. Adults live here. Any maintenance issues have been fixed almost immediately. Zero complaints in my 9 months.

  My experience living here has been nothing but satisfactory. When I first moved in had some troubles getting my washer hooked up and the managers were swift in supporting me with this task along with an outlet that was having some difficulties. The property is always clean and well kept. The gates are secure and are reliable, and super easy to get guests and deliveries in. My heat went out and within hours of notifying the property managers resolved this and replaced the filter additionally as a courtesy. They’re very flexible and friendly people and this also extends to the other residents in the area.
