I scheduled an appointment specifically to tour the actual apartment unit, and I clearly communicated this to the on-call representative (Tommy) beforehand. He confirmed the appointment. However, when I arrived for the visit, I was told that the staff member could not leave the office as his manager is not in the office and he would only be able to show the model unit. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. It was a complete mismatch from what had been discussed and wasted my time. If showing the real unit was not possible, that should have been communicated in advance so I could plan accordingly.
