    It was a terrible experience for us when we moved out. I don’t recommend moving to this apartment complex. No clear communications as to where we can pay our last payment when we move-out. We were told to wait for the third-party credit collections for our last payment. We never received any mail. I emailed the leasing office multiple times where to pay the last payment and I got no response. I sent a certified mail with a check for our last payment to Grace and she received it. Until months have past, they forwarded to National Credit Bureau about the unpaid bill and showed Derogatory marks on us. This is unacceptable and unfair for us. We never had encountered any problems with the nice and luxury apartments that I lived before, usually the last payment will be just paid in the leasing office. Totally dissapointing.

    They still haven't done anything about the shower walls since I've been here; they've never been painted and they don't give any answers. Very poor maintenance.

    Terrible Communication and Unprofessional Management I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. After moving out, I was sent to collections for a final utility bill I was never even informed about. There was no phone call, no email, and nothing mailed to my forwarding address, despite me submitting it properly. When I called and even stopped by the leasing office to get answers, no one could tell me anything. I was told “someone will reach out,” but no one ever did. Their complete lack of communication and accountability is disgraceful. It’s unbelievable that a community would rather damage someone’s credit than take a few minutes to make a phone call or send a simple notice. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
