  this was the absolute worst place I have ever lived. When I moved into my unit, the sink had rusted, the cabinets were falling off the hinges, and my closet doors had wood chipping off of them. They refused to fix any of it as it was "cosmetic." In my time there, the cabinet doors fell off, my bathtub spewed black mold, I had termites (which they tried to convince me they were just ants but they chewed a hole in the wall), my air conditioning broke and it took 4 times to fix it, and they flooded my apartment. I moved yesterday and since the snowstorm they have barely plowed the parking lot and there were about twelve 6' deep potholes where my U-Hauls kept getting stuck. Due to them not plowing or salting, my father slipped on the ice trying to take the trash out and fell. When we went to the leasing office to ask to speak to a property manager as my father was seriously hurt, the property manager never came and when we complained, they threatened to call the police. Horribly unprofessional, maintenance sucks and apparently doesn't work AT ALL on the weekends, and the apartments are dirty and gross. i will never recommend this place to a single person EVER!!

  I am writing this review to formally document my experience with this rental management. I am currently renting an apartment where water leakage through the ceiling and walls persisted for several days, causing material damage to carpets and personal belongings. The situation deteriorated to the point that the bedroom became uninhabitable due to persistent odors. Despite repeated notifications to the management office, no timely inspection, repair, or preventive measures were undertaken. This represents a clear failure to ensure basic habitability standards and adequate tenant support. I am sharing this review so that future tenants are fully informed and so that this issue is taken seriously. Such situations require prompt action, transparency, and responsibility, all of which were unfortunately lacking in this case.

  One of the best apartment in Columbus,they have best maintenance team ,they will be solving any problem you face within hours and good amenities over all 100/100,we have spent 2 years in this apartment with happiest and friendly environment and so cooperative staff
