  I lived at Franklin Manor for 3 years because of an incident that happened there involving the police department because I had some items that was stolen the office worker told me that he would work with me on getting my rent paid but then I had to go to court and I got evicted losing everything that I owned it for me and my children we had to stay in a hotel rooms for 3 weeks I would not recommend Franklin Manor apartments to nobody to live because they do not take care of their renters you report a problem with your apartment they do not come in repair it they come in whenever they feel like you and if you are not home they will write you up they will have your vehicle towed and everything else if I could give them zero stars on their writing I would

  I dont live here, but my daughter does and they need to remove the clubhouse from their listing. She was told when inquiring about renting/using the clubhouse, that they no longer rent it out. The patios aren't private/closed in. It wouldn't hurt them to keep up with the dumpsters being emptied, they have been full since before Christmas! The hallways could benefit from being cleaned regularly. There website also states "no pets," but people have loud barking dogs in almost every apartment close to her.

  Went there to inquire about 2 apartments and a black older lady at the office was very rude and aggressive when we tried to ask her a question. The other two were on the phone. A younger African American femele put her call on hold after a few minutes to answer our questions and was really polite. But the previous interaction left us with a bitter taste, it was so disappointing that we opted not to fill out the 2 applications that we went in there to fill out.

  Thank you for always being friendly and caring helping residents with unfamiliar paper going the extra mile to be kind and courteous and taking time out for your residents to include them in community outreach program I'm 60 and love coming to bingo just to have community and you make that possible where otherwise I would have none the 3 years I've been at Franklin Manor have been a blessing to have people who care as you all do at Franklin Manor I just want to show my appreciation by saying thank you I don't know if the attention that you all give would be given any where else so here's to Kayla maseo and Mrs destiny keep doing what your doing, we couldn't do this with our you .to Cara Sargent Katrina Kinslow, Masio Matthews, Kala Reeves and destiny who are here if you plan on moving soon I would have to suggest that i bbe her att Franklin Manor their office team are professional beyond measure friendly staff, courteous and experienced in helping you recceiving the quality of living you deserve in your new apartment lived adventure they are dedicated to making your next move your best move, and will find solutions to make that happen for you in a timely manner. They make you a priority and put extra care in everything that they do.they are also compassionate about their work ethics and committed to making your stay here at Franklin Manor community oriented when you live at F.M they put emphasis on you and your having a pleasant place to live the tenant is their number one priority at F.M If your thinking about moving come to F.M. where they are are ALL about you the tenant here at F.M. your quality of life is what matters most.
