- JFJames FlorenceAug 14, 20251.0I’ve been here since 2023 and it been three changes In the rental office When I first moved over here, it was under the understanding. I will stay in the special unit for individuals with disabilities me myself I deal with traumatic brain injury, which they knew all about. I moved here with A One bedroom, Sec8 voucher at the time they told me some individuals was moving from the special unit Where the hell individuals with disabilities And they offer me a two bedroom today they got the apartment ready Maybe a month and a half later they were fired and new managers came in and told me I had nothing to worry about about five months after that they were fired And they went back on the agreement and start charging me for a two bedroom apartment which I never understood because I had a one bedroom voucher that I could afford. They can only take 30% out my income They were so thirsty for money. They went all the way back to when I first moved here and put a two bedroom Price and went back on the word So I was stuck here paying 60% of my income and was forced with a eviction so we went to court, and I found the agency to pay the Back Pay and was told as long as I’m out by the 30th it won’t be on my record so now I’m in the process of moving. I was deny twice moving into a new location so I call impact to see what was going on. They told me they reached out to them three times with no answer. Did I mention we’re dealing with a legal situation where they’re selling fell in on me so I guess they’re trying to have a vendetta and make me lose my Sec8 there’s so much more to this situation but all and out these individuals are crooked as hell…. I have been in touch with Americans with disabilities act, Legal aid, Fair housing,Channel 6 news they all agree there’s something fishy with this apartment building. Keep all your paperwork from them cause they do not know what’s going on over here. If I need to I will show my approve. I have nothing to be a shame of. I just wanna show what individuals are working at this company
- AKal keepAug 13, 20251.000000000 avoid problems. avoid this place. they are underhanded lying, manipulative money, hungry unmanaged, harassing contract-breaking, belligerent and ignorant. you will be sorry! they will will lie with impunity. they will cheat. they will manipulate your rental payment all in order to get you to stay here and get sucked into their hell hole that they've created for many people. trust me you you will be sorry. if you want more information you let me know and I have all the documents to prove what I'm saying. section 8 cannot save you from this tyrant. they are completely abusive and they are jeopardizing their own business because of their greed. that's not even really enough said but I will stop here. pathetic and ridiculous and everyone needs fired or retrained to say the least. I can send pictures of documents later if they don't do what is right trust me at this point they have done nothing right except abused the rental process 0000000

- NNNathanDec 28, 20241.0Ordered my grandmother a mop online and had it delivered..it got stolen and they wouldn't review the footage to find the culprit.. but was able to tell her they where raising the rent because she got a $50 raise in her SSI...This place is a joke and the apartments have bed bugs...it's a wild world out here ..watch out for these people (deserved 0/10 stars, but google saved you guys with making me pick at least one star.👎👎👎👎
