Maintenance is great, the office is responsive & very helpful with anything you may need. The property is well kept and clean. Appliances are all new & nice, including the washer & dryer. The entertainment center in the office building is nice & spacious for events. I would recommend renting here!

Although, my thermostat looks like it’s from the 70’s, but it works fine-the most important part is central heating/air. No bugs, maintenance and all the staff are amazingly fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Pricing is great for Columbus, especially since most utilities are included. I have no complaints!

I’ve given them many many requests to fix my front door and fix my washing mashing and many other things that needed to be worked on. The maintenance team isn’t the best. Hired on like 4 people that can’t do their job right the first second or third time. My washer is full of mold I’ve asked them to replace the seal over 10 times now. Still no result. Property manager told me that the crack in my door will not affect the temperature of the apartment, and he’s very incorrect. He talked to me like I was an idiot. I’ve tried to be respectful as possible but if someone tells me one thing and then the others say different what do you expect me to do?
