  A beautiful, quiet, safe, well-run complex in Upper Arlington. I cannot say enough good things! And working with Jennifer was a dream-she will answer all your questions before you ask them and is entirely trustworthy-unlike so many other property management companies in Columbus. Highly recommend!

  Pros: Responsive and friendly front office, decent gym, super close to Griggs Reservoir Park, online monthly payment bundles water and gas, nice looking apartments, great location, dog friendly, front office receives packages, ample parking, 10-15min to campus. Cons: If neighbors above your apartment are giants, you'll hear it, Some apartments have a weird hum noise at night potentially disturbing sleep, weird string of broken car windows in the summer,

  I was considering moving to the area and Melissa gave me a wonderful tour of the property. She gave me lots of great information and feedback about the area, and she was so friendly and kind. I ended up relocating to a different area, but I will definitely be considering Arlington Pointe if I ever move to the Columbus area!

  The location couldn't be any better! I love how close to the river it is and bike path. So close to downtown Grandview and so many amazing shops and restaurants. The leasing manager was beyond helpful and made me feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommend!

  In December of 2017, we experienced two days without HOT water in the dead of winter two days before Christmas. They turned off our water for maintenance the Friday before Christmas, and when it came back on, no hot water was available. The new management took over a month or so before this incident, and after such, we had no access to any emergency maintenance or assistance phone number, and during this time of no hot water no one answered phone calls, or emails. The property manager did not respond to any tenants and, in my opinion, exhibited incompetent behavior during this time, shown in her lack of response to and communication with tenants in an emergency situation. This issue was later rectified by a higher-up manager at Coastal Ridge who was helpful and professional, which I appreciate. Overall we found the experience still unfortunate, and it negatively impacted a whole building of tenants. Transparency: This review has been edited due to a cease & desist letter sent by the property management’s lawyer for reasons that are still unclear to me, but are being complied with out of fairness to the person at Coastal Ridge who rectified the situation. Take that as you will. Respect, help, and communication is all reasonable to ask for and expect as a tenant, and we did not (and still have not) received that from this particular property manager.
