  If you value your safety do not move here. Borror has no respect for the legitimate concerns of tenants. Look up reviews for Borror on google, it’s a pattern. Avoid the Adelphi Quarter. Residents units have been flooding with every rain, and black mold is now growing on their ceilings. 6/28/22 edit: they have been “working on getting gates with secured access” for weeks now, no progress. the nightly security doesn’t come every night and stays for a few minutes and then leaves. it’s frustrating to see all the replies to the other reviews, because you say to address these concerns with you all, but you know our concerns. our concerns are armed robbery that happened here, wasn’t told to other tenants by management, as well as other theft and property damage crimes. you know what we want, it’s gates and other safety measures, yet Borror is dragging their feet and not doing anything besides the very bare minimum. also, in your replies you are saying that both youre “looking into” getting gates (which are advertised on their website), and also “in the works” of getting gates. which is it ? **9/7/22 UPDATE: still no gates, no additional security measures (besides “nightly security in the lot all night”…who do not show up half the time and do not stay the whole night-staff has been made aware of this, yet they haven’t hired a different company yet?). for the past 3 and a half weeks, every couple of days the building wide fire alarms have been going off, with no warning at all. staff have repeated told us that we will get notified, yet that hasn’t happened once. they claim construction is testing the system for a bank that is going in, but the construction company is Borror so how there is no communication is baffling to me. if you work from home, have pets, or just enjoy peace and quiet —not to mention actually know if your building is burning down or not—reconsider Adelphi Quarter.
