Brandon was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient throughout the buying process. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. His friendly and professional approach made a potentially stressful process feel easy. Ed was equally outstanding on the construction side. He kept us in the loop from day one, made sure everything was done right, and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with every detail of our home. His pride in his work and commitment to quality really showed. We’re so grateful for everything Brandon and Ed did to make this dream a reality. Brandon took his time and explained everything in great detail with us, even though we told him we had an appointment in a different community with a different builder. He was amazing to work with and even answered further questions through texting after that. Even though we decided not to go with a new build at this point, Brandon was understanding and never pushed us to make a decision we didn’t want.
