  Worst apartment experience I have ever been a part of. Visitor parking is always full so good luck inviting people over without them getting their car towed. Terrible management who increases rent with any chance that they get. Dumpsters always full and you will get charged if you put it outside of it. It is practically a dog waste minefield with the amount of waste that NEVER gets cleaned up. The pool and basketball courts are always full no matter the time of day so good luck getting a swim or a game in. Management is very hostile and unwelcoming including making threats of extra charges if you dont follow by their very stricy rule book. Also no matter the status of your apartment when you leave you are NOT getting your deposit back. Just very sick and greedy people.Save your money and go to a different place than this dump.👎🏻👎🏻

  Mackenzie and Brittany in the office are so helpful and awesome! They made my move-in so easy, and I love my new home. Miamiview’s community is gorgeous, and all maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally! I would recommend Miamiview to anyone looking to make a move.

  This place is awful!! They dont spray for bugs and then when you see one expect you to stop your life or they will charge you 75.00 for them to come to the apartment you pay to not have bugs in!! The bugs are coming out of the drain!! When people spend more than ever on rent and just ask for a bug free place it shouldnt be to much to ask for!! Dealing with the office people is the worst!!

  I put an application here at this complex and I dealt with McKenzie. She was sooooooo helpful . She came in early to help me with the application process. She went above and beyond the process to help me. Thumbs up to this complex. Great place with great people!!!!

  My husband and i lived here for 4.5 years. While it was a great place to live i can’t get over the fact of how they make you feel so trapped and almost make it impossible to move out unless you go month to month(which they will keep raising it every month). If you have to break your lease because you found another place to live be ready to pay $3,000. Also please don’t clean your apartment before you move out because i can promise you, you will not get your deposit back. Instead they’ll charge you more money!!! A place I once thought very highly of is now just a scam. Good luck to the next victims! Oh and don’t let the pictures and advertisement fool you majority of the time the pool is closed, the grills never have propane in them and I’ll be dammed if you’ll get wood for the fire pit lol also enjoy your inspections every 2 months !!!
