  I didn’t end up living here because of factors unrelated to the property, but I just wanted to say Maariyah was an amazing host and did a wonderful job leading us on the tour. Her professionalism and willingness to run down every question was refreshing compared to so many tours where the leasing agent doesn’t seem to care. Keep up the good work!

  Working with the Property Manager Luvina at Triton at the Flats has been an absolute pleasure. She is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and protocol. Her personality is always pleasant and welcoming. She is making Triton at the Flats a great place to live.

  Although the building isn’t open yet, Ms. Luvina has already made a great impression in my opinion. She was professional and had genuine enthusiasm for the community. She represented the property extremely well, seeming truly invested in making sure I had all the information I needed. I have actually been shopping around for a new spot to call home and this is definitely now high on my list, because she made me feel confident in her ability to assist with any needs should they arise ! I always love dealing with someone who enjoys what they do. Happy leasing employees make for happy residents! I was also pleasantly surprised she also speaks Spanish!! This was a huge plus! My mother in law was with me (spanish speaking only) and was able to understand the whole conversation without my translation since Ms Luvina is also bilingual !
