I can confirm, ours is between 350-550 in winter and heat blowing cold air, maintenance didn't do anything about it. Just be ready for that. We had several leaks from upstairs that ruined our furniture but with this price range you know what you get. Everything else is good. Ashley and Oleg are amazing in front office.

One of the things I appreciate most is my apartment’s location within the building, which offers a great balance of convenience and comfort. The space itself has been a good fit for my needs, and the waterfront setting is a nice bonus. I also want to highlight that Oleg has been wonderful to work with from the initial contact through signing the lease and even afterward. He has been responsive, helpful, and made the process smooth and welcoming. Like many apartment communities, there can occasionally be some noise from neighboring units, but it’s something I’m adjusting to as I get settled. Overall, I’m pleased with my experience and looking forward to continuing to enjoy the community.
