  I signed a lease last month to move into a townhome in June. Since then I have reached out to set up a date and time where I can view the exact townhome I will be moving in so I can buy furniture accordingly. I have messaged the property manager on 3 different occasions and I have yet to hear anything. Very concerned moving into the townhome now due to the lack of communication.

  Not sure what the deal with the apartment manager was but she lied about availability of the unit I was scheduled to view. As soon she seen my son and I, she said there were no townhome units available. Very weird interaction. I had a family friend reach out and it somehow was available to her.

  Park Lamont Townhomes has been an excellent fit for us. The locations is especially convenient, close to the college I attend, so day to day routines are easier and more efficient. Inside, I really appreciate the openness of the layout and the fact that it's multi-floor. You get a surprising amount of space, and it genuinely feels like a townhome rather than a standard rental. The modern finishes and overall design are clean, comfortable, and well thought out. We're also excited to be in an area with so much to do. Being near University Circle means we're close to some of Cleveland's best cultural spots, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, plus plenty of theaters and events nearby. Overall, Park Lamont feels like a great place to start our next chapter.
