- KJKJ JOHNSONMay 16, 20255.0I've lived in Tremont Terrace since 2019, I started off in a studio apt at the time , it was small space but efficient at the time . The following year I was able to upgrade to a much larger on The Lincoln Park side , I have a great of the park and being on the 2nd floor is great ! The new property manager Gabriel Stoner was fantastic from day one , she is extremely thorough in emails and communicating with residents, she is always professional and kind , anytime I need something fixed or any issue , she and the staff were on it immediately! The maintenance man Lou has also been accommodating and proficient with anything I've needed . I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something in close proximity to free way and downtown and compared to other apartments in downtown area , the price is affordable! Thank you Gabriel and staff for making it pleasurable living here

She also stayed late twice to accommodate for my tour and completion of lease formalities. Overall, the experience was seamless and fun. Im grateful for Gabriella for her help with my journey.

I called and made an appointment with the leasing office manager Gabriella ( 2 weeks ago) and was scheduled for an apartment tour. On the day of the tour, she was not there! I even left a note for her to call me back and she still did not contact me. Their office hours are 8-5 however no one ever answers the phone. It sucks because I was really interested in this apartment because it is close to the school I will be attending but now I will have to look else where. Despite what happened the leasing manager Gabriella really changed my experience! She thoroughly explained and apologized for the inconvenience for my previous apartment tour. She was very professional and kind. I was offered for a second tour that went very well. I am looking forward into moving into this apartment.
