  I've lived in Tremont Terrace since 2019, I started off in a studio apt at the time , it was small space but efficient at the time . The following year I was able to upgrade to a much larger on The Lincoln Park side , I have a great of the park and being on the 2nd floor is great ! The new property manager Gabriel Stoner was fantastic from day one , she is extremely thorough in emails and communicating with residents, she is always professional and kind , anytime I need something fixed or any issue , she and the staff were on it immediately! The maintenance man Lou has also been accommodating and proficient with anything I've needed . I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something in close proximity to free way and downtown and compared to other apartments in downtown area , the price is affordable! Thank you Gabriel and staff for making it pleasurable living here

  I was a resident at Tremont Terraces for a year and a half and I believe the building has a lot to offer for the price. The units are small but the location is amazing, the appliances are new and the building has convenient amenities like a gym, pet spa and laundry rooms. However, I am mostly pleased with my residency because of the property manager, Gabriella and the maintenance technician, Lou. Gabriella was also my property manager when I previously lived at San Sofia and I chose Tremont Terraces because I was so appreciative of how she treated her tenants. She always responded to me quickly and was thorough in her explanations. She did everything in her control to help me as a resident when typical maintenance issues arose and did so promptly. Even when the elevator was being repaired when I first moved in, she carried a heavy package that was delivered to me up 3 flights of stairs to my front door. Gabriella was so kind to me and other residents in the building and I could tell she cared about everyone. Also, Lou could quickly fix almost any issue within my apartment and was so kind to me every time I saw him. He is great at his job and I appreciated him so much! Gabriella and Lou made me feel at ease as a young woman living alone and I am grateful that I was able to enjoy my experience at Tremont Terraces.

  Gabriella was super helpful in clarifying my doubts/questions about the apartment, utilities, neighborhood etc. She was very patient and took time to provide details needed to address my questions. She also stayed late twice to accommodate for my tour and completion of lease formalities. Overall, the experience was seamless and fun. Im grateful for Gabriella for her help with my journey.

  Great location in Tremont! Gabriella in the leasing office is super helpful and kind. Highly recommend living in this building.
