- RBRachel BelgiornoMay 3, 20235.0My experience has been nothing short of amazing. My son landed an internship there in Cleveland and I was in a panic attempting to find him housing. After searching multiple areas and inquiring at multiple places I came across Tremont Place Lofts. Ty Harris was nothing short of fabulous. He was compassionate to our situation, reassured me about his location and gave me all of the information I would need to know that my son had a great place to stay during his internship. Ty was very easy to work with and accommodating for both my son and his future roommate. After we solidified the lease, two weeks later his internship decided that his program would be fully remote. This was devastating as we had just worked so hard to get him into Tremont Place Lofts. While this was not Ty's problem, he was very sympathetic and we had no problem removing ourselves from the lease and adding a different intern in a similar situation. Again, Ty was very accommodating and responsive. I can't speak highly enough about his customer service and attention to detail. Thank you so much Ty! If we end up in Cleveland again I will come to you first! However, I'll make sure they're not going to switch to fully remote!! :) Thanks again! The best to you and your family.

It includes a gym and wonderful outdoor communal space. It’s located in a trendy neighborhood along with many of Cleveland’s popular restaurants and bars, (including a coffee shop and cocktail bar conveniently attached to the building). The management was super kind, flexible, and easy to communicate with. Huge shoutout to Ty who was immensely helpful!
