When your application is approved, they automatically take $200 out of your account to hold an apartment. REGARDLESS if you change your mind about living there. REGARDLESS if the apartment they advertise as available really is not (my case). REGARDLESS if you had an on-site tour. They force you to pick one of their apartments or lose your $200 after the application is approved. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!!! DO BETTER!
