- HJHailey JacksonJul 8, 20245.0We lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. We had about 3 major issues (microwave, washer, and dishwasher), they were all resolved within the week. We had to move for the school district for our child or else we would not have left. Our current apartment in North Royalton has so many issues including leaks, mold, and bugs and we have only lived here for 3 months. We would move back to The Reserves without hesitation. Kellie, Bob, and the rest of the staff are amazing!

- DVDanielle VietmeierDec 6, 20181.0I am so disappointed with how things turned out in our apartment there. Beware - they do not tell you this, but you are allowed to smoke in the units. Therefore even if you do not smoke, your stuff will still smell like it if your neighbors do. My couch, beds and chairs are all ruined by the smoke. We will have to get all new stuff due to this - have tried to get the smell out and it will not come out. There are bug problems in certain building and the office will lie about it and said they had no clue....until you pull up the photos with dates on them. If you need anything done this answer is "let me look into that" you wait and wait then finally after weeks you call back and you get the same answer!! Who new putting a door sweep on a tenants door was so complicated for a property management company. Bottom line, you guys can do better.
