I was advised to apply to be added to lease and did so, but was then denied due to my past from 7yrs. Ago! I was told no nothing was checked into, i was just denied. The reserves then kept the double security deposit that was charged for dog along with monthly pet fee, and sued for remainder of lease. We followed all rules, even paid rent but after gettin cold shoulder from Tessa Turnbaugh for 6mos. Eviction was followed thru with... We smelled the dumpster on a daily basis, the entire grounds are covered in dog fecies, and the BBQ area wasn't usable inless u signed up despite noone using. Washers were in poor working condition. And we didn't receive mail regularly. Nothing but prejudice, judgements, and robbery. DO NOT MOVER HERE.
