The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable - exactly what I was looking for. The community feels safe and well-kept, and the neighbors I’ve met have all been friendly.

Ryan did a great job of working with me as I made accommodations to move in over a holiday weekend and it helped a ton! The view of downtown is amazing, the neighborhood is super walkable and the staff is outstanding! Very glad I made the move from downtown to The Park in Tremont to say the least.

This is one of the biggest reasons why I choose this place cuz of my previous experience. The place is brand new, clean & comfortable. Ryan has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process smooth. The location is excellent and close to my work.
