  Everything about living at The Beacon has been amazing in the years I have lived here! The leasing office, maintenance, people here are all very respectful and they all make it very enjoyable to live here. I don't see myself moving anywhere downtown - The Beacon has everything you could want! I couldn't recommend this place more for anyone who is working downtown or either wants to enjoy Cleveland to its maximum potential. A couple of the things I enjoy the most about this place: Having parking at your apartment building is something I appreciate a lot and the parking is "covered" so you car will not 100% of the elements. The gym here at the beacon is a great size and something I use often. Multiple treadmills, a full squat rack (bar and trap bar deadlight included) , set of dumbbell weights up to 50 lb & a whole other area for stretching. And last but not lest the rooftop and pool area. The rooftop is an amazing spot with some of the best views of Cleveland & the pool is so nice in the summer being able to sit outside and enjoy the Cleveland summer.

  I have been a resident at the Beacon for several years. I'm overwhelmingly happy with my stay thus far and don't have enough great things to say. The staff is absolutely excellent, and super professional. Leasing and management is great and tenants will feel welcomed and accepted. Maintenance is also amazing, very timely and efficient. They are amazing. Complimentary resident events and food/breakfasts are constantly being offered and there is a lot of value in that. Perks are great too, such as the gym which I've saved money and time for years on not having to purchase a membership subscription elsewhere. The rooftop area, inside and out, is fantastic with some of the best views Cleveland has to offer. I've also under-utilized some things such as the pool which I'll get into when the weather improves. Also not to mention the unit is super modern and amazing quality, clearly very recently renovated and rarely has any issues. I'm super pleased with my stay thus far and this is a closest to a 5 star review you can get. Excellent management and effort doesn't go unnoticed and leads to thrilled residents.

  I’ve lived at The Beacon for 3 years, and it’s been a great place to call home. The building is well maintained, management is responsive, the location is incredibly convenient, and the staff genuinely cares about residents. I’d recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for quality apartment living.

  I love living in the beacon apartments. The parking and security is so safe in the area. I never feel worried that anything will be broken into or stolen even my apartment. I also love the staff and maintenance team who is quick to respond to any issue within hours.
