  Oleg and Ashley provided a seamless experience when considering and ultimately choosing to make Sonebridge home. I am disabled and Oleg went above and beyond to accommodate me from virtual walkthroughs to personally delivering paperwork to my apartment. Upon move in my apartment was beautiful and clean and my view is spectacular. Compared to other downtown apartments I viewed, you really get more bang for your buck here at Stonebridge. If you are considering moving here I would suggest doing it. I couldn't be happier with my experience and new home!

  Amazing place! The building is beautiful and well-kept, and the staff is super helpful. Oleg is an awesome manager, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

  Oleg and Ashley were most helpful in our move to Stonebridge! Oleg was very communicative in all aspects of becoming oriented to life at Stonebridge before, during, and after moving in. The job of a concierge is to assist tenants with proper procedures and access to information. He does it with humility, grace, and positivity! Very grateful!

  We having been living here 3 years in the coming November. Our experience has always been enjoyable here the management Ashley and Oleg are friendly ,helpful and definitely professional. The maintenance department is efficient and knowledgeable. Victor in maintenance was recently in our apartment to check a water issue,which he found the issue and repaired. He then began to work on other issues that we had put a work order in but was not expecting him to take care of the same day, very satisfied with his work and helpfulness in going the extra mile .

  I'm retired and relocated back to Cleveland with my granddaughter who recently graduated from Kent University and accepted a teaching position with CMSD . We viewed Stonebridge Waterfront Complex and the apartment and view automatically made us feel at 🏡 and she is only six minutes from the school The apartment complex is beautiful and the view from our windows are breathtaking The Manager "Ashley" who oversees her team is also there for you. Her team exceeded our expectations in assisting us with our move especially "Oleg" in the lessing office who was very welcoming and answered all our questions and concerns to alleviate some of the stress regarding the moving process. The maintenance team and security are also on top of overseeing the tenant needs for repairs if required and security for the safety of our surroundings . The complex is located in the Flats and minutes away from everything that you may need. It's ideal living for the younger generation and for those of us who are excited to try a new living experience in downtown Cleveland Ohio even at 76 years young 😀 The only issue is with guest parking options but that was not a deal breaker for me since we have an option for an assigned parking.space.
