Scott is a really funny and genuine person who’s made our time here enjoyable. We were actually the first apartment tour he did, and just as he hoped, we ended up in the apartment he showed us! From there, things have been mostly great :) I will say, sometimes when things get busy or transitions are happening, it might take a bit of time to get things resolved. But Scott always gets to it, and I really appreciate his willingness to help. He’s also been a great resource outside of his role. Recently, he recommended a glass-making workshop, which I definitely plan to check out soon! Overall, my experience at Leader has been wonderful. Big shout-out to Scott, the friendly security team, and the maintenance team who are always on top of things. If something needs fixing, it’s taken care of literally the next day after submitting a request.

Scott, the property manager, has been outstanding, always communicative, thorough in answering questions, and genuinely helpful whenever assistance is needed. The building itself is safe, spotless, and very quiet, with friendly neighbors all around. I have absolutely no regrets about moving here.

He took the time to show me around the building so I have an idea of what I was getting into FYI “I came in the building not really looking to rent here I was just curious and wanted to know how it looks” but his professionalism told me I would be in good hands if I decided to commit and so I did. 10/10
