Maintenance is knowledgeable and quick to respond. The integrity of the building is beautiful and well maintained. Little market store and restaurant in building makes it super convenient. Ideally situated to playhouse square, restaurants and sporting venues. Perfect location!

He has been kind, professional, patient, and extremely respectful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, made everything smooth and stress-free, and truly made me feel welcomed. The security guards also deserve recognition they are fantastic! They are professional, attentive, and make the building feel safe and secure at all times. It gives me real peace of mind knowing they’re here. Overall, the experience has been wonderful so far. The building is well maintained, the staff is helpful, and I’m genuinely happy I chose to move here. I highly recommend The Halle Building to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I just moved in so I have yet to meet the maintenance team, but I have only heard great things. The building is located right in the heart of Playhouse Square making it a very short walk to Progressive Field, Rocket Arena, and the Wolstein Center! The amenities are great and my apartment is perfect for me. I highly suggest touring Halle building if you are looking for a great priced apartment in a great location! 5 stars for Alex and the rest of the team!
