Great units, central location, and the people who work for the building are the best. The building manager Alex is the best guy and has put together such an awesome staff. For example we would put in a maintenance request at 9 a.m. when we got to work and it would be done by the time we got home. Loved living here and can't recommend it enough!

- TETee EssAug 21, 20255.0I love my spacious and beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. Living right next to Heinen's is a huge bonus, and the gym in the basement of the building is incredibly convenient. I thought parking would be an issue downtown, but the parking garage connected via the basement tunnel is easy and there is ample parking even on Guardians game days. If you face Progressive Field like I do, you'll also get a lot of free firework shows. A lot of care is taken in maintaining the appearance of the building and the cleanliness of the hallways, which I really appreciate. Alex, the building manager, was communicative throughout the leasing process and as a result, move-in was a breeze. He is also an incredibly kind and warm person, making his tenants feel like they are welcome to contact him for anything they need!
