From the moment we arrived, Brian and Rita made the experience outstanding. Brian and Rita gave us a warm, professional tour and made us feel right at home. They walked us through the building, explained every detail clearly, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. The amenities are impressive; beautiful common areas, a great fitness center, rooftop patio, secure parking, and modern, high-end finishes throughout the apartments, all topped off with fantastic views. Residences at 55 truly stands out. Not just because of the gorgeous apartments and prime downtown location, but because of people like Brian and Rita who genuinely care about the residents and the experience. If you’re considering moving to Cleveland, especially for work at UH or downtown, this is absolutely a place worth checking out. Highly recommended!

The maintenance team is absolutely incredible and attend to your request so quickly (sometimes in minutes!) The leasing staff is so helpful with everything-- Even helped me install a new car battery when mine died in the parking garage! Security/front desk staff is also the BEST. I genuinely recommend this building to anyone looking to live downtown. I have not a single bad thing to say about it!
